Welcome to our website where we offer you the best in service and support for Odyssey batteries.

We keep stock on the shelves to ensure you an efficient and rapid service and all batteries are fully insured until you sign for them at your door. However, fast and efficient delivery of your battery is only part of what we offer. On this site you will find specifications and technical information to help you with your choice of battery and our knowledgeable staff are always happy to help you with any other enquiries you may have.

In addition to all this, our Odyssey batteries come with a 14 day, no quibble satisfaction guarantee to give you confidence when ordering. All batteries and accessories are fully covered by their manufacturer’s warranty – in the case of Odyssey batteries this is two years (or 400 cycles whichever occurs first) – which, if the worst happens, we facilitate on your behalf rather than just putting you in touch with the manufacturer.

To improve our telephone and online services we have restricted our counter service to collection of pre-booked orders only. This has given us more resources to deal with your orders and means that pre-booked collections take only a few minutes rather than you having to queue in our shop.

Order on the web or by phone, fax or post. We always welcome overseas customers. We ship parts throughout the world daily. If you are outside the European Community deduct 20 percent from these online prices (i.e. divide the price by 1.2) as you do not have to pay the VAT.
